SUMMARY: SUMMARY: The onboarding Specialist will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience through the coordination of interviews, backgroundscreening, and a welcoming and seamless onboarding process. This individual will manage candidates through the recruitment experiences as the primary point of contact post interview. EXPERIENCE: Two or more years delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources/recruiting/ sales, or related area.
