Summary:
Review, implement, maintain, and support application systems.
Train and educate end users on the functionality and operations of application systems.
Document processes and procedures as they relate to the relevant application system.
Test applications prior to implementation and ensure all systems operate as intended.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.

Associate or bachelor?s degree in related field.
Four (4) years of application system implementation, support, and/or maintenance experience. Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to conduct self in a courteous and professional manner.
BLS required within 30 days of hire.
High School Diploma.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and observation skills.
Required ability to calmly implement patient interventions during high stress, critical situations.
Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
