Radiation Therapist, Part Time, HMC
Responsible for performing treatments on patients with radiation therapy as prescribed by Radiologist according to established practices and standards. Work closely with patients and provide support to them throughout the process by determining their needs, answering questions, and providing the best medical care possible.Principal Accountabilities:1. Checks prescription, diagnosis, patient chart, and identification. 2. Performs linear accelerator and simulation QA and daily warm up.3. Prepares equipment, such as immobilization, treatment, and protection devices, and positions patient according to prescription. 4.
