Summary The Nurse Manager (NM)/Clinic Director is a self-directed nurse leader who is accountable to the Chief Nurse of Ambulatory Care at Ukiah Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The NM is vital to the execution of programs that directly affect patient care, nursing practice, and satisfaction.
