Responsibilities:
Responsible for properly greeting patients, verify correct patient name, DOB, proper exam, diagnosis, and confirm Dr. order prior to performing exam or procedure.
Responsible for ensuring accuracy in all procedures and documentation in EMR and PACS.
Responsible for understanding and maintaining strong proficiency in 2D Doppler, Color Flow Doppler, M-Mode, Transesophageal Echocardiography with 3D, Echo Enhancement (Definity) studies, Bubble Studies, and Stress Echocardiography.
Responsible for cleaning all equipment and surrounding environment after every exam and restocking supplies.
Responsible for working collaboratively within a supportive team environment and educating peers, caregivers, and students where appropriate.
Responsible for taking limited weekend call with certain shift schedules to be discussed at interview.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associates or bachelor’s degree
Current ARDMS or CCI Registered
BLS
This position's pay range is: $38.00 - $48.30 per hour, depending on education and experience.
