Responsible for planning and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants while working closely with Marketing & Communications for creative execution and branding. Utilize modern marketing methods, channels, and tactics to enhance the talent acquisition process. Plan and execute recruitment media campaigns. Track, measure, and report on campaign results. Oversee the company's career website and recommend opportunities for enhancement. Create posting guidelines and standards. Audit postings for quality control and work with Recruiters to promote consistency and effectiveness. Identify, coordinate, promote and help represent our brand at recruiting events, including but not limited to career fairs and on-campus events. Develop creative solutions to address recruitment challenges. Must stay current with social media trends and identify top vendors, advertising agencies, and job boards to optimize hiring efforts cost-effectively. Serves as the key liaison for day-to-day communications with external vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration. Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Marketing leadership, providing updates on any issues, concerns, or decision needs that may arise. Coordinate with the Applicant Tracking System Administrator to ensure the effective setup and tracking of system data and metrics, and feeds associated with external job boards.
This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition with a dotted line to the Manager, Marketing & Communications.

Experience
6 Years Marketing And/Or Human Resources - Recruitment Required, Marketing And/Or Human Resources - Recruitment In Healthcare Preferred
Experience in a complex, multi-matrixed organization, and strong understanding of corporate recruitment and onboarding processes and functions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
Creative mindset, proactive problem solver and innovative approach to talent attraction.
Hands on experience with recruitment marketing software and google analytics.
Knowledge of media buying and experience with multi-channel marketing including traditional mediums, digital and social.
Experience with iCIMS ATS, CMS career site software, CRM, Video Studio and Digital Assistant or similar systems strongly preferred.
