The role you’ll contribute:
The Well65 Construction/Facility Manager is responsible for the design of multiple projects as assigned, with or without consultants, interfacing with clinical and engineering staff, management of code compliance, and commissioning of the building. Accurate and timely planning, analysis, execution of multiple projects, design to construction projects, with budgets in excess of 2 million dollars. Prepares time and cost estimates for assigned projects, tracks projects against proposed timelines, updates project plans to reflect actualprogress, and escalates encountered situations to the appropriate area with detailed and accurate information. Assists in the general maintenance and repairs of all Well 65 practices. This role partners closely with Well 65 team members, consultant designers , contractors, and other professionals throughout the project life cycle. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Utilizes pre-construction understanding of operational considerations to consistently assess project risks and formulates mitigation plans as needed.
Successfully develops and updates project budgets as required. Delivers projects in a timely and cost efficient manner is accordance with the approved project scope.
Effectively collaborates on multiple projects. Leads project evaluation meetings and administrative reviews from conception to completion.
Manages the negotiation and bidding of the project.
Develops, manages, and delivers a project change approval process as needed to ensure project team operates within the scope and change approval process.
Coordinates the work of the general contractor to assure the project is progressing appropriately, frequently visits job sites throughout construction, follows established procedures of the Well 65 department.
Monitors subcontractor activities to guarantee compliance with project budget and specification requirements and administers RFI’s and Change Orders.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management Degree or 10 years of Construction Project Management experience.
Extensive experience in managing diverse teams to deliver complex information solutions.
Experience regulations and other applicable codes of the construction industry.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree in Construction Management or related field
10 years of Healthcare Design and Construction Project Management experience
Current State of Florida License in Architecture or Interior Design
General Contracting License
Project Management Certification
