If you are looking to be a part of a growing network of pediatric dentists and orthodontists in the Great Pacific Northwest, then we might want to talk. Our group of locally owned and bred pediatric dentists and orthodontists have a combined tenure of 170 years of in-the-trenches experience and veteran teams. In July of 2019, we essentially Brady Bunched our collective 11 practices among local dentist owners following 6 years of hard hard work researching career exit trends, student debt, insurance practice and corporate influence. In the end, we decided we are stronger together than we are apart by sharing best practices, board certified care, capital expenditure, economies of scale and talent development.
We are looking for a full time associate Pediatric Dentist with ownership mentality without having to shoulder 100% the associated burdens. We are looking for people who identify with both autonomy and mentorship, associates who believe in organized dentistry and the value of having a say about what they do and why they do it. We may just be looking for you. Please visit www.pipdentalpartners.com to learn more.

About Advanced Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of Pasco
We are locally and privately owned in the Great Pacific Northwest, and we believe in OPENNESS:COMMUNITY:INTEGRITY:COMPASSION:QUALITY. We are practicing pediatric dentists that came together to self finance and self manage our group, called PiP. A "pip" is a small seed which grows into something beautiful, and we believe we are able to provide a career growth opportunity for junior dentists being led by senior dentists. This allows for collaboration and autonomy, ownership with less risk, and long term value in an environment you help create and be an integral part of. After a period of time and if the fit makes sense, ownership opportunities can be negotiable, and the cycle repeats itself. In many ways, it is the private practice model under a group umbrella, only dentists are holding the umbrella.
