Indiana University Health Department of Neurology has an employment opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the General and Epilepsy Neurology team located in the IU Health Neuroscience Center in Indianapolis. • Full-time
• Days, Monday through Friday
• 50% outpatient - 50% inpatient 
• Responsibilities include neurological assessment and management of adult patients with a variety of neurological disorders

Qualifications

• Certification as an Advanced Practice Provider
• Experience in performing patient assessments, diagnosing health problems, and developing treatment plans
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in the area of specialization is preferred but not required
• Ability to provide direct patient care and monitor treatment outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
• Experience in conducting research and contributing to scholarly activities
• Current knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Commitment to continued professional development and lifelong learning
