The role you’ll contribute:
The Sr Manager of Strategic Operations and Project Management works directly with the North Regional Leadership teams including Strategy, Business Development, Hospital Leadership and Institutes to support the development and implementation of growth strategies and initiatives across the region. The Senior Manager will support strategic planning, operational planning, program development, project deployment, accelerate innovation, and promote quality and safety in order to elevate the brand promise of AdventHealth. The Senior Manager drives execution in collaboration with key stakeholder on strategic deliverables, service line initiatives, and organizational transformation by helping to identify gaps and remove barriers. Working within a matrix management environment, the Senior Manager works closely with Regional and hospital Leadership and multidisciplinary teams to elevate performance of the Region. Responsible for ensuring a high level of data accuracy and timely delivery of critical key performance metrics including financials, databases, strategic planning, regulatory requirements, and operational deployment of initiatives.
This position is also responsible for the coordination and oversight of assigned project management activities for the Region focused on strategy and growth areas including Ambulatory, ASC, Strategy, Deals, Business Development and other key areas. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Utilizes Lean process improvement methodology to approach and solve identified problems/projects and manage the implementation of solutions to improve workflow efficiency

Supports the North Strategic Planning process including tracking of key initiatives across the region as well as supports the data gathering to support the 3 year plan

Attends key meetings and creates process to track deliverables across multiple stakeholders for key strategic projects and initiatives
