What are the qualifications?

• Completion of U.S. accredited Pediatric residency program preferred
• If General Dentist, must have 2 or more years experience treating children
• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
• Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
• Open to candidates requiring relocation
