Mid Florida Pediatric Dentistry is a private practice looking for an Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our team. We are located in Tavares, Fl. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing preventative, restorative, cosmetic care and have knowledge of the latest dental technologies and techniques. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about dentistry and is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. 

Responsibilities:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Administer anesthetics to patients as necessary
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive dental care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental practice management systems (Eaglesoft)
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs

Experience:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members
