Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is hiring a Nurse Coordinator position in on of our specialty clinics, and will manage the patients with a Sickle Cell Diagnosis. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating care for appointments, education, phone triage., and providing the best care possible for our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hematology patient population. You will work closely with the hematology team including Providers, RN Coordinators, Medical Assistants and Social Workers.
