Northwest Permanente, P.C., is seeking an AP/CP board-certified Pathologist to join our highly collaborative team of clinicians and physicians. You will be adding to a group of 17 Pathologists, 6 PAs and 4 PhDs. Our practice is high volume and fast paced.

($342,000 - $445,000) – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
Salary: $304,920 - $371,880 prorated to a 0.9 FTE
21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
Presenting at tumor boards and representing the laboratory on multi-disciplinary task forces.
Sharing group lab administrative responsibilities (such as serving as CLIA director of various lab sites, etc).

Interest and/or expertise in gynecologic pathology is preferred.
You will be expected to cover services in two hospitals and one regional lab.
Stay current and possess high diagnostic integrity in surgical pathology with an understanding of applicable molecular techniques.
Must work well with others and be able to function collaboratively as part of a team
