Assistant Director, Provider Practice
JOB SUMMARY: Key leader of the Provider Practice component of Harris Health System which includes, but is not limited to liaison with pavilion, clinics and the largest provider contractual relationship (Affiliated Medical Services, "AMS"). The position is responsible for monitoring and communicating staffing plans, contractual compliance, incentive compensation metrics, and supporting and collaborating with Operations and Finance; while preparing the organization to thrive in an increasingly dynamic market.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Health Administration required; MHA or MBA preferred.Work Experie
