Learn more about Vail Health here.About the opportunity:Act as the key Information Technology department resource for on-site and remote support of all VVMC IT equipment, and Tier 1/Tier 2 user support. This includes but is not limited to, VVMC computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripheral equipment.What you will do:Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support for VVMC computer equipment and applications.Monitor call ticketing system queue, prioritize and complete tickets per defined service level agreements.Configure, image, and deploy equipment including desktop PC's, laptops, and other mobile devices.Work closely with IT Staff in planning short term projects such as PC installations, printers' setups, hardware/software upgrades, and cabling.Support offsite locations when necessary, weekend and nightly call.Responsible for daily computer operations to ensure the completion of daily activities, including the midnight processing and daily log.Document new procedures and update outdated procedures as necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.
