This HouseCalls NP role will require 80% travel and overnight trips with hotel stay. The NP must travel by vehicle. Counties include: Sullivan, Smith Ulster, Duchess, Putnam, the Bronx, Rockland and Long Island all of Nassau and Suffolk. *map will be shared upon request. (Travel is overnight around 80% 10 weeks per quarter and 2 weeks in home county)

Required Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $85,000 to $167,300 per year.
