• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction required.
• Group includes 2 fellowship trained adult reconstruction surgeons as well as trauma, sports, hand, and non-operative orthopedics.
• 1:1 model with advanced practice provider.
• Established Rehabilitation Services department including PT, OT (on the same floor as the Orthopedic Department), Sports PT, and Sports Enhancement Services.
• Licensed Athletic Trainers utilized as physician extenders in clinic and support 17 high schools, 2 semi-professional teams, and one Division III University.
• Outreach to Regional Critical Access location (Menomonie or Barron) for clinic and operative patients.
• Common EHR and PACS across the health system and Mayo Clinic Rochester.
• Level II Trauma Center.
