Registered Nurse - Home Based Primary Care
The Home Based Primary Care RN (HBPC) is a professional nurse at an intermediate level of development. As progression is made in the nursing profession, it is expected that leadership skills and competencies will be sustained with expertise and broad-based clinical knowledge to effectively implement health promotion, management of acute and chronic illness, and care of the geriatric patient in a home setting. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
