Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY:

Assist and supervise the operation and administration of design and construction projects, including:
*Coordination for physical moves
*Furniture installs and reconfigurations
*Equipment ordering and installation coordination
*Signage ordering and installation coordination

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with PDC's Architect Project Managers and Construction Project Managers to support and manages project deliverables within budget and on schedule.

• May analyze and generate project budgets and schedules.

• Identifies, understands, and actively manages project risks.

• Coordinates the various stakeholders of the project including contractor, design team, vendors, and end user.

• Identifies potential schedule impacts including scope, weather, manpower and changes and facilitates mitigation plans for these impacts.

• Negotiates project issues including change order, contingency expenditures

• Maintains thorough understanding of contract documents

• Participates in Owner/Architect/ Contractor meetings.

• Communicates and enforces VUMC safety policies.

• Provides support for the planning, developing and executing the project in order to meet established goals, objectives and timelines.

• Supports the day to day project activities.
