Description

The NP will be caring for cardiac surgery patients on the step down unit pre and post operatively, assisting with consultation, admissions and discharges. 

This is a limited appointment for 6 months.

Salary range : $84.82- $121.13/hourly

A limited appointment may convert to career.


Qualifications

  • MSN or DNP with Adult/Gero Acute Care NP specialty- required 
  • CA RN and NP certification, State of CA  NP Furnishing with Schedule II- required
  • National NP Board certification in Adult-Gero Acute Care/Adult Acute Care NP specialty - required
  • NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment on CURES- required
  • Previous Cardiac Surgery or Cardiology experience as NP - required.
  • BLS and ACLS from  AHA or ARC- required
  • A limited appointment may convert to career.
