Administrative services include activities in finance andhuman resources and may also include IT, facilities, or student services.General management activities include long and short-range strategic planningin determining the mission and directing all activities of multi-disciplinarydepartments through subordinate management staff.
UCLA Healthannual salary range for this position is $83,800.00 - $179,400.00. Please note that the department's target annual payrange is $83,800.00 - $126,908.64.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience /training
- Solid knowledge of the organization's processes, protocols andprocedures with a focus on budget, account and fund management and / orpersonnel management within labor contract(s) and personnel policy
- Solid knowledge of common organization-specific and other computerapplication programs
- Solid interpersonal skills including verbal and writtencommunication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising,and counseling to effectively motivate others.
- Solid skills to quickly evaluate complex issues and identifyresolutions.
- Solid organizational and customer service skills to effectivelymanage multiple priorities.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques;human resources and risk management planning; accounting and payroll
