RN - Electroconvulsive Therapy Unit Intake Coordinator
DescriptionThe ECT Department Intake Coordinator provides professional nursing care to patients and families. The Intake Coordinator conducts telephone assessments regarding hospital admissions, communicates information regarding admissions to prospective patients and families and the RNPH ECT Department, provides information to insurance companies regarding the clinical rationale for admission and coordinates admissions and transfers into the inpatient programs from outside sources and various referrals. The intake coordinator provides information about programs available at RNPH to patients and families. The intake coordinator serves as a liaison between the patients and families
