In thiskey role, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing many types ofpharmaceuticals to fulfill orders in the inpatient pharmacies. You willcollaborate closely with other members of the health care team to help preventinappropriate or misuse of medications. Adhering to departmental policies andprocedures, you will deliver a wide range of clinical services (e.g.,pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, TPN perpharmacy, pharmacist interventions).
Schedule:Varied shifts, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays
HourlySalary: $100.30

We'reseeking a dedicated clinical professional with:
Pharm D.degree and current CA Pharmacy license (required).
ASHP-accreditedresidency (preferred).
2 yearsinpatient pharmacy experience (highly preferred).
Exceptionalcommunication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills.
Knowledgeof and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokineticcalculations.
Ability tocompound intravenous admixtures and other sterile products.
