Full-Time EMT

At Palestine Regional Medical Center, we recognize that our patients deserve more qualified, engaged, and competent healthcare professionals than ever during emergencies. At PRMC, we provide 911 emergency medical service to Anderson County, Texas, and assist with the transfer needs of our healthcare partners.

Our team is stationed and responds from one primary location, which builds camaraderie and trust between members. All shifts are scheduled 24 hours on and 72 hours off. We have a Safe Operations policy that allows crew rest if members exceed 24 continuous duty hours. At PRMC, we value the suggestions of our staff towards developing or changing practices to improve department operations.  Responds to calls for emergency medical services and provides patient care as directed and/or determined necessary.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS Courses Provided (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Texas EMT Certification  (Required)
