Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Program Manager performs administrative and operational functions in support of the President & CEO (or his designees) in various projects across areas of strategic planning, physician integration, quality/outcomes, clinical services, project/program management, and program development. The Senior Program Manager will work across disciplines, with various key leadership, and directly with the Enterprise Project Management Department, when needed, to ensure successful completion of projects. The Senior Program Manager is an adjunct to the Administration support staff, aiding in the department’s effectiveness through the performance of assigned duties, which include special projects and reports, preparation for and reporting on meetings, and other responsibilities as needed. Specific roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities will be outlined once projects are determined, but the SAA will ultimately be responsible for owning projects through from initiation to completion. This position reports directly to the System Chief Information Officer & Vice President of Operations PHGSH.

Strong working knowledge of computers and computer-based software.
A high level of proficiency in all programs in the Microsoft Office suite is required, and a strong familiarity with SharePoint.
Advanced-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel programs, with a demonstrated track record for successfully creating presentations and reports from inception to completion with minimal direction.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, an ability to take initiative, and an agility to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to follow-up and document key areas of concern, strong knowledge of office procedures and practices, type at 60+ words a minute, speed writing, transcription, sound understanding of filing systems, and mastery of general office skills (10-key, photocopying, basic mathematics, document formats and styles, etc.) required.
Ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support the activities of employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
Strong written and oral communications skills are essential.
Required:
Experience in an executive support role in a fast-paced, senior-suite office environment, ideally in a hospital/healthcare setting.
Must be able to operate within a team, adhering to established departmental processes in the performance of duties.
Bachelors degree and relevant work experience.
Project Management skills and track record of successful work products.
