Position Summary
This position works collaboratively across the Puget Sound and Inland Northwest regions of MultiCare Health System to develop, strengthen and execute the strategic direction of Indigo imaging services. The role will ensure successful attainment of the organizationâs vision for quality, patient safety and clinical excellence in care and outcomes for all imaging patients within Indigo. This position provides indirect oversight and assistance with day-to-day operations to technical and non-technical staff and works closely with the clinic leadership, staff, education team, and providers to achieve desired patient outcomes.
The work of the Indigo Imaging Quality Manager is fully integrated with other relevant work, structures, planning and delivery within the Imaging Careline. The Indigo Imaging Quality Manager serves to manage quality and process improvement initiatives. This position monitors the standards of patient care and Medical Imaging practice, supports collaboration between management, executive leadership, Quality Management, Medical Imaging, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired quality outcomes. This position requires organization and interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies, procedures, and programs. It develops, implements and measures complex cross-functional performance assessment and improvement projects/initiatives. The role also incorporates curriculum development and implementation for imaging education. This includes class facilitation as well as training others to facilitate imaging classes and training sessions.
Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in Management, Business or Healthcare Administration
Satisfactory completion of formal imaging technology training in an AMA approved school
Meets the requirements of registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Imaging field
Experience managing imaging processes
Experience in staff development, group facilitation, design and delivery of training, quality improvement
Multi-hospital system experience preferred Quality management experience preferred
Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $81,245.00 - $116,938.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicantâs years of experience align.
