Mail Services is responsible for accurate and timely delivery of business mail.

Role Purpose
Sorts, processes and delivers incoming and outgoing United States mail and interdepartmental mail for assigned site(s).
Responsibilities
Provides accurate, timely processing of mail by coordinating delivery, pick up & processing of mail, sorting incoming and interoffice mail from the United States Postal Service, hospitals and service organizations..
Provides cost effective processing of outgoing mail according to regulations.
Ensures all outgoing mail received has postage applied and is sent to the United States Postal Service.
Computer knowledge to search and find information from patient alpha list, physician list and general information, as well as generate departmental reports.
