SALARY:
$25.05 - $31.30+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate clinical information database for clinical externship sites, adjunct clinical faculty, and student assignments in designated areas.
Schedule clinical clerkships for third and/or fourth year students in designated regions.
Communicate with preceptors and students in the coordination of clinical clerkships.
Efficiently resolve schedule conflicts as they arise.
Communicate and direct appropriate student concerns to the Manager, Regional Director or Associate Dean of Clinical Education.
Ensure all required student clerkship documents are completed timely.
Initiate the evaluation distribution process of students, clinical faculty and clinical sites.
Assist Regional Director’s and Clinical Education Liaison’s in creating and developing clerkships in the region.
Provide any assistance and support to the Regional Directors and the Office of Clinical Education.
Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Education Manager, Associate Dean or his/her designees.
Qualifications
Assist administration, faculty and staff in special projects as required.
Participate in community and professional outreach activities on behalf of the college and university as required.
