SALARY:
$90,000 - $130,000+ per year depending on experience and Faculty rank. The posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. The RVU Rank and Promotions Committee will determine rank of any finalist.

Responsibilities
Provide education, mentorship, and guidance to all students at the Montana campus in a variety of settings, including the classroom, clinic, laboratory, and simulation center in the areas of microbiology and immunology.
Participate in delivery of all aspects of microbiology and immunology curriculum.
Participate in all methods of curriculum delivery including, but not limited to, video presentations, live in-person and virtual teaching, labs, small groups, and simulation activities.
Maintain discipline expertise through continuing professional education.
Provide service to the University and the greater community by serving on committees, providing leadership, participating in community outreach events and working with professional organizations or groups.
Demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm, and the willingness to assist the University in fulfilling its mission and vision.
Participate in curriculum development, delivery, assessment, and modification.
Engage in scholarly activity including mentorship of student efforts in research.
Participate in the assessment and evaluation of students, provide feedback and remedial assistance to ensure that the students of the COM meet the standards established by the faculty and college and obtain the knowledge, skills and competency established.
Participate in the assessment or evaluation of and provide feedback to other members of the faculty.
Demonstrate the highest standard of professionalism and ethical behavior in all aspects of professional actions and performance. Know and model the RVU Core Values in all aspects of work on and off campus.
Demonstrate and model an ongoing ability to work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, support staff, and students.
