Youwill be responsible for leading the development of reporting and analyticssolutions for our electronic health record (EHR) system. This will involvegathering business needs, documenting requirements, identifying appropriatedata sources, developing reports, and delivering them to stakeholders. You willwork under the direction of the Assistant Director of Decision Support Servicesand the Senior Director, Finance Operations while managing the resolution ofescalated issues. You will perform in-depth and precise investigation anddocumentation of future-state reporting specifications and applicationreporting functionality.
Salary Range: $92,600-$202,200/annually
We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused,self-directed team player with:
Related Bachelor's degreerequired
Epic Clarity Data Modelcertification in one or more modules (EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing,Prelude ADT, Radiant, Willow, Optime) or to be obtained within 120 days of hire
Five or more years of experience in ahealthcare-related organization
Five or more years ofexpertise in MS SQL Server or Oracle
Experience in qualitymeasures reporting preferred
Epic build experience in alive environment highly desirable
Epic implementationexperience specific to clinical workflows and order management stronglypreferred
Strong SQL ProgrammingSkills (MS SQL Server/Oracle platforms)
Knowledge of datawarehouse concepts, data structures, and reporting
Understanding of Tableaudashboard, functions, features, and capabilities
Strong communication,analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and metadata skills
Ability to translatebusiness questions and requirements into reports, views, and BI query objects
Ability to identify,document, resolve, and escalate issues
