POSITION SUMMARY

Midstate Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a BE/BC Breast Radiologist to join its team in the booming Greater Nashville Area! This position can be 100% mammo through the weekdays or can be a mix of mammo and general if desired. Additional details are as follows:
* The 100% mammo position would be an on-site role Monday through Friday
* Day shift through the week: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST, or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST
* This position comes with great flexibility. It can be designed as a partnership track or non-partnership track position depending on the scheduling option chosen.
* Mammo and general mix option can be a hybrid role of on-site mammo and remote general work
* 70-80 RVUs per mammo shift; 60-80 RVUs for general Dx shifts
* Worksite locations - Premier Radiology in Murfreesboro and Smyrna (Outpatient Imaging Centers)
* Case mix includes diagnostic mammo, US guided breast biopsy, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast wire localization, and breast MRI

We are offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, 9 weeks of vacation, 401K contribution, relocation assistance, retention bonus, and a generous signing bonus. 2-year partnership track if desired. Weekend moonlighting opportunities are also available to earn additional income.

Midstate Radiology [1] https://www.midstaterad.com, an 11 Radiologist private practice located in Murfreesboro and Smyrna (just outside of Nashville) is primarily based at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford (ASTR) along with three outpatient imaging centers known as Premier Radiology [2] https://www.premierradiology.com/. ASTR, is a 358-bed is modern facility built in 2010 featuring a newly renovated 16 operating room suite, 32-bed ICU, and all-private patient rooms. The beautiful 68-acre campus, including medical office buildings, is situated on the bustling "Medical Center Parkway" corridor featuring convenient access to shopping and dining just off Interstate 840. South Nashville is one of the fastest growing areas of the erupting Greater Nashville region.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Board-certified/Board-eligible, and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
* A one-year post residency fellowship in Breast Imaging is required
* Licensed in or have the ability to be licensed in the state of TN
* MQSA required
