Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our group at Franciscan Physician Network Cardiology Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana. Interested candidate will join a steady, well established cardiac group with excellent mentors and experienced cardiologists.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional desire to develop strong ties with patients, the community in which they serve and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
