As a Data Scientist for our Faculty Practice Group, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and address business challenges through innovative technology solutions. You will:
Act as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, define, and document requirements.
Automate data collection, clean and prepare data for analysis.
Use coding and programming to collect, analyze, and interpret data to improve operations.
Create tools to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
Develop algorithms and models to support machine learning programs.
Present data in a clear and concise manner to assist in decision-making.
Salary Range: $76,200 - $158,800/annually
A Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience Professional certifications, preferred Two or more years in healthcare IT Strong in SQL (MS SQL Server/Oracle), SAS, R, Python, and data management analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, required Proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis Experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling, required Ability to translate business questions into reports and BI query objects Extensive understanding of data warehouse concepts, best practices in reporting, workflows, policies, procedures, and healthcare systems.
