Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Discover a career with rich rewards, limitless opportunities for growth/mobility, and competitive salaries and benefits. The Salisbury VAMC is seeking an Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide quality care under the Chief of the Cardiology Section of Medicine Service. The physician will establish and maintain professional relationships within Medicine Service, and with other services and facility management, which result in improved patient care. The Cardiologist will meet basic requirements and hold a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy; complete an ACGME accredited residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiology; and be licensed to practice without restrictions in a state or territory of the United States. The incumbent will be board eligible/board-certified in Cardiology. As a Cardiologist, you will provide care to a diverse veteran population.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50 55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
