As the Assistant to the Chair, you will provide high-leveladministrative support to the Chair of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Yourrole will encompass a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth andefficient operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Schedule meetings, conferences, travelarrangements and maintain calendars (high-volume).
- Prepare executive correspondences and assistwith recording data and creating reports.
- Logistic support and large event planning,both virtual and in-person.
- Process travel and expense reimbursements.
The full annual salary range for this position is $63,800.00 - $127,000.00/year.Please note - thedepartment's target pay range is $63,800.00 - $90,000.00.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience(e.g. 3 years of relevant experience).
· Strong customer service skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both writtenand verbal.
· Superb organizational and time managementskills.
· Excellent calendar management and schedulingskills.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Previous relevant experience, preferred.
· Knowledge of Travel Express, BruinBuy, andgeneral UC accounting procedures is a plus.
