Goldfarb School of Nursing is looking for a Registrar! This position manages all functions of the Office of the Registrar including ensuring the integrity of student academic records, registration processes, grading processes, degree audit processes, and degree and certificate conferral processes.

Role Purpose
Provides leadership and day to day management of the Registration Department. Provides Banner system leadership for the Registration Department. Manages data for the purposes of enrollment analysis, is the final and primary verifier for graduation, confers degrees. Complies with Department of Education, Federal, State, and College policies and practices that protect student information.
Responsibilities
Responsible for setting the official academic calendar and works as a peer with other leaders to carry out the implementation of strategies, plans and other interdepartmental functions of the college or university.
The Registrar serves as the college's point of contact over student records, including hardcopy and electronic student files, official transcripts and serves as the registration lead for the college's student information system.
Consultants with academic administration and other College departments related to updates of the course catalog in the Banner system and distribution of College course and clinical schedule and leads the Academic Scheduling Committee by managing the details, development and distribution of the course and clinical schedule.
Manages the academic audit of college credits and requirements for matriculating from the nursing programs. Collaborates with members of the Academic Advising team to perform their review of student academic records in order to verify preparation to graduate.
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
