• Retrieve compliance documents and information from manufacturer's websites, online databases and any other available resource, upload documents to the repository, and maintain repository index.
• Retrieve additional supplies information from manufacturer's documents and websites to support CLS database data entry including but to limited to compliance information.
• Partner with the Sourcing/Procurement team to retrieve additional unavailable information and documents.
• Maintain compliance documents and information by following dedicated process to ensure document library and CLS database compliance information remain up to date
• Identify and escalate gaps and inconsistent information to support compliance alignment.
• Identify supplies compliance changes and notify internal team for follow up actions and adjustments.
