The Customer Service Rep/Community Wide Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and performing all scheduling & pre-registration of all Radiology modalities within the hospital.RESPONSIBILITIES Describes nature and time requirements for requested appointments to patients and referring physicians Schedules appointments according to each modalities requirements/restrictions. Pre-registers patients at the time of scheduling. Enters and verifies all patient demographics, insurance, guarantor, ordering physician and reason for examination.
