Primary Responsibility:
Provides leadership and support in establishing the performance initiatives at the market level.
Collaborates with physicians to execute the implementation of the clinical quality initiatives as defined by enterprise.
Provides expertise to the training department on STAR/HEDIS measures and on the tools that support the collection of STAR/HEDIS data.
Participate in NCQA HEDIS or Health Plan audits.
Analyze data for possible data integrity and data deficits.
Update QI Project templates and Work plan with assigned responsibilities.
Attend and participate in all QI meetings.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team.
May oversee other activities of own team.
Required Qualification:
Must have an active USRN Mainland License (Preferably in the state of TX)
- • At least 5 years of clinical experience – combined hospital and managed care
• Had at least 2 years of people management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise and implement an appropriate plan of action
• Experienced using Microsoft office applications, including databases, word-processing, outlook, and excel spreadsheets
• Willing to go on RTO (Makati only)
• Must be able to review paper and electronic medical records and charts
• Familiar with HEDIS measures or STAR programs
