We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practice in beautiful Bloomington, IN! 

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Day Shift
  • 4 10-hour shifts per week
  • No Call
• Care for patients of all ages for Orthopedic related concerns 
• 100% Outpatient
  • Opportunity to be cross trained for Orthopedic inpatient coverage, if desired.
• Responsibilities include: 
  • Working in Orthopedic Injury Clinic to evaluate, formulate a plan, and treat acute orthopedic injury patients from the community. 
  • Refer patients to the proper orthopedic specialty for further evaluation and treatment.
• Join a well-established, collegial and supportive practice surrounded by a great team of physicians, clinicians, therapists and nursing staff in a university community.

Qualifications:

• Must be BE/BC
• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required 
• Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana 
• Open to highly motivated new graduates with a strong interest in Orthopedics 
• 2-3 years of APP experience, practicing in Orthopedics or applicable surgical specialties, preferred

The new IU Health Bloomington Hospital and Regional Academic Health Center opened in December 2021.
