Patient Scheduler
SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Centrally coordinates in-patient and out-patient procedures/tests and assures accurate processing of these for physicians and their scheduling personnel. This position is PRN and works approx. 1-2 days per week. Scheduler who is trained first for front desk coverage in our rehab outpatient clinics for main campus and for Creekwood campus. Will need to be proficient with greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting copays and preparing charts for next business day. Top notch customer service skills and professionalism a must for this role. In addition, we will cross train this individual in patient care assistance for acute care in which they would assist in moving patient from bed to chair, sit to stand and mobility needs. The
