LOCATION: 10 Risho Ave., E. Providence, RI 02914

HOURS: Day Shift; Monday - Friday

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Complete invoice entry and processing, vendor creation, vendor payments/check production, mailing of payments, vendor account reconciliations, etc.

• Process and reconcile credit card activity.

• Assist Senior Accountant with month-end close procedures, including necessary reconciliations, expense accruals and other adjustments. This includes preparation and posting of certain month-end journal entries.

All you need is:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting. Business administration, or a related field

• A minimum of one (1) year experience in accounting and finance

• Excellent communication skills

• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you've got:

• Strong expertise with accounting software (Great Plains is preferred) and Microsoft Excel
