SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to supervise the trauma data collection process and maintain Hospital Trauma Registry (Collector) from service activity, logs, and trauma patient charts for injury research, epidemiology, and quality improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year of experience related to medical record abstraction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• RHIT and/or RHIA preferred.
