The role you’ll contribute:
The 340B Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for conducting routine monthly assessments of the 340B process and ensuring audit readiness for potential Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) or manufacturer audits. The 340B Quality Assurance Analyst will assist in preparing education material and provide training to Florida Hospital staff on the 340B program. The 340B Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure adherence to all legal requirements of the program. This Analyst will analyze purchasing and utilization trends and provide process improvement recommendations, as well as develop new processes when necessary. The position adheres to the Florida Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to rules and regulations of all applicable state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. This position will be responsible for generating and maintaining clinical and financial reports, metrics and scorecards and presenting to leadership as requested. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

•Conduct monthly quality assurance assessments of 340B accounts for regulatory compliance to confirm: patient status as an outpatient at registered 340B location, that the drug was ordered from an eligible prescriber and administered
• Monitor purchasing, accumulation and dispensing trends to provide leadership with accurate and concise 340B performance-benchmarking metrics
•Maintain National Drug Code (NDC) mappings and multipliers for split billing accumulator
• Ability to analyze purchasing and utilization trends across campuses utilizing vertical lookups, pivot table and graphs
•Provide data analytics and reporting support to 340B team
•Analyze and organize qualitative and quantitative clinical and financial data from multiple sources and synthesize results into meaningful reports and presentations
•Manage the split billing software crosswalks
• Identify pharmacy purchasing process gaps leading to potential compliance risks
• Provide purchasing, interdepartmental transfer, 340B regulatory standards and split billing software training to campus pharmacy staff including Pharmacy Techs, Buyers and Directors
•Coordinate audit ready process for any potential internal and external audits
• Assist in preparing recommendations for new or improved processes
• Support purchasing practices and policies to ensure honest, fair and ethical relationships with all vendors
