Additional Information About the RoleShift information: Day Shift - Monday – Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)Team Dynamic: Working independently and working with Department Manager and other Aftercare Coordinators also collaborates with Supervisors from other facilities Location: Hybrid work schedule (2 days work from home – 3 days in the office).
