Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Pediatric Hematology Oncology Advance Practice Provider, you will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to pediatric, adolescents and young adult hematology-oncology patients. Your primary responsibility will be to meed the medical and psychosocial needs of children and AYA with hematology-oncology conditions across the outpatient platform in various services. You will implement and evaluate standards of care, and participate in research necessary to establish exemplary, evidence-based care. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing patient education, clinical support program, ensuring optimal care throughout the healthcare

Key Qualifications:

• Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
• Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)
• 3+ years of clinical practice, experience in pediatric hematology/oncology
• Related National NP certification
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner experience

OR

• Graduate from an accredited PA program
• NCCPA certification
• Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
• 3+ years of clinical practice, experience in pediatric hematology/oncology

Additional Information:

Hours: 4 10 hour shifts per week (8am-6pm)/Mon-Fri with potential to cover weekend and holidays

Location: 1275 York Avenue NY, NY

Requires flexibility and autonomy to float to different pediatric services

This role is prioritizing experienced APP's

Pay Range $144K-182K
