We are seeking a highly skilled, self-starter with:

·        BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.    

·        High School diploma required.                                                                                                    

·        Two Years of surgical technician experience preferred.                                                                                                                                    

·        NBSTA CST Certification preferred.                                                                                                                                                          

·        Proficiency in maintaining and establishing a sterile field during surgical procedures.                                                      

·        Ability to set up and organize surgical trays and equipment according to our standard setup.                                          

·        Skills in the correct handling, preparation, and passing of surgical instruments and equipment.                                      

·        Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team during procedures.                                                        

·        Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and the proper use and care of surgical instruments and equipment.        

·        Ability to recognize and respond promptly to any breaches in sterility or potential complications during surgery.

·        Skills in effectively collaborating with surgical team members, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
