Job SummaryThe language access team leader will assist in leading daily operations for the department. The language access team leader will assist team in the absence of the supervisor, as assigned. Other job functions include compiling department reports, support staffing, cross training and leadership. Acts as lead contact for hospital staff in answering questions, resolving concerns/problems, and patient complaints/issues, etc. Assists in the training of new department employees.Minimum QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GEDDegrees: Bachelors preferredLicenses & Certification: Certified Medical interpreter/Certified Healthcare Interpreter preferred Work Experienc
