Quality Improvement RN
JOB SUMMARY The Quality Improvement RN is part of the management team of the certified home health agency, and assumes responsibility for the management and coordination of the agency QAPI Plan/Risk Management/Infection Control and education programs to ensure compliance with CHAP, Federal and New York State regulatory standards and requirements. Serving as an educator, the Quality Improvement RN evaluates staff educational needs and develops/provides educational programs based on clinical needs and interests.
